Itchy scalp is also called as'Pruritus'. This is a really common problem these days among so many people around us. It doesn't happen overnight, of course, there are a lot of reasons why a individual becomes affected by this condition.

If you are facing any sort of pain, soreness, and swelling.
Having abnormal itching illness that affects your sleep and other functions.
What do you have to do to prevent dry scalp problems?

You have to concentrate and find out when your scalp gets dry. See if it happens for not washing your hair for a certain period. Or if it occurs for using shampoo regularly.

In case, if you're washing your hair every day, try not to use shampoo so frequently.

You should incorporate a healthy hair care routine in your daily schedule. For instance - use anti-dandruff shampoo, use coconut oil, and serum to moisturize your scalp.

Also, don't forget to drink enough water per day. It will help not only with your regular hair conditions but also with your overall wellbeing.
